All appointment payments are final. Payments may be transferred but no refunds will be provided. CANCELLATION POLICY: Appointments may be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to your appointment with no fee. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours or less of your appointment time will not be refunded. Re-scheduling requests for any service with a same day cancellation is a $25.00 charge per person. No call or attendance for appointments will forfeit all rescheduling opportunities and refunds. All sales are final. All Gift Certificates Expire within 1 Year.
